The production technology includes: graphical preparation for print, production of photo-polymeric plates, six- and eight coloured flexo printing, lamination without solvent, scrapping and, with regard to demands, also production of certain types of bags.
Our production line is equipped with a modern graphical studio, a computer guided colour mixing system for flexo printing, measuring instruments for starting and in-process control as well as final inspection of products and semi manufactures. The final product is printed foil, wound up in a roll. For customers who do not have their own automatic packaging lines we also manufacture formed bags.
In a more narrow sense we focus on the production of duplex and triplex foils that are based on different PP, AL, PA and PET. Our speciality is the triplex foil for packaging coffee and other products as well as different duplex laminates intended for use in the food (especially the confectionary) industry. In the production process we also use PE films, with which we guarantee different characteristics of our final products. We use PE films only as lower layers in the lamination phase. A combination of films depends on the nature and requirements of the packaged product. The choice of material depends on the product’s character, desired storage duration, requirements of the packaging machine and the final product’s design.
